Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the learning planning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative design with a case study approach. The research informants were determined purposively, namely the principal, waka curriculum and subject teachers at Sma Negeri 1 Krian Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Checking the validity of the data includes credibility test with source and technique triangulation, member check, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques include transcription of interview data, observing field notes and video recordings and documents, making general ideas (general sense), codifying data, making themes, and interpreting data. The results showed that the learning planning carried out included needs assessment, compiling learning tools, developing e-learning, providing debriefing for teachers, and providing learning support facilities and infrastructure.
