Abstract
The purpose of this research were to: (1) make inventory of SKDWW manuscript, (2) explain the description of SKDWW manuscript and SK text, (3) make transliterations of SK text in Javanese script and Latin script, (4) make text edits of SK text and also criticims apparatus, (5) make a translation of SK text, and (6) explain moral values in SK text. This research used modern philology research method and descriptive research method. The result of this research were: (1) there is a copy of SKDWW manuscript at Sånåbudåyå Museum Library Yogyakarta; (2) the manuscript of SKDWW is still intact and in a good condition, the writing is also easy to read, therefore the SK text explain only the content of the SK text; (3) it is found 15 words that became peculiar to SK text; (4) it is found 41 edited words; (5) it is found seven words that became the translation record; (6) it is found four relations of moral values, there were: moral values that associated human toward God, human and nature, human and human, and human and theirself.
