Abstract

This study has the objective in determining the effect of service quality, training cost, and the school's image in the decision on choosing Real Madrid UNY Soccer School as a training camp. This research wasan associative research that employed survey methods with the data collection techniques used questionnaire. The population in this study wasthe parents of the active students at Real Madrid UNY Soccer School, the sampling was using sampling techniques that all parents of the active students in Real Madrid UNY Soccer School, with the total of 123 persons. The data were analysedby using multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results show that it was found the simultaneous effect with the determination coefficient at 0.303, or it means at 30.3%,. Partially, service quality has a positive and significant influence with tcalculated>ttable (4.967> 1.979). The training cost has the positive effect but not very significant with tcalculated<ttable (1.623 <1.979). The school’s imagehas the significant positive effect with tcalculated> t table (3.751> 1.979). Keywords: Service Quality, Training Cost, School’s Image, Decision, Real Madrid UNY Soccer School
