Abstract
THE COMPETENCE OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AND MOTIVATION TO USE A PROTECTIVE AWAY WITH THE STUDENTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH IN PRACTICE WELDING By ARPICO HANIF PRISTIAWAN 08503241001 ABSTRACT This research is to find out: (1) the competence of the relationship between students with the implementation of occupational safety and health in welding to practice, (2) to the relationship between the self by being a patron of using the students to practice the implementation of occupational safety and health in welding, and (3) the relationship between the competence of the theory and use of the students like myself with the implementation of occupational safety and health in welding. The method is applicable in the ex-post facto. sample in this is a student to study engineering was a program of vocational schools 2 wonosari which totaled 90 people. The technique of using a questionnaire and data of it. Statistical technique used to analyze data analysis deskriptif. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive connection between with the student competency in the implementation of occupational safety and health in welding by correlation 0,35 (2), there was a positive relationship between the self by being a patron of using the students to practice the implementation of occupational safety and health in welding by correlation 0.31, and (3) a positive relationship between the theories and the use of protective device to jointly with the students in the implementation of occupational safety and health in practice welding by correlation 0,43.
