Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of kindergarten teachers. That is because by knowing the performance of kindergarten teachers can be a reference for schools and related education offices to correct existing deficiencies and improve and develop good kindergarten teacher performance. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are using a questionnaire. The assessment questionnaire contains statements related to teacher performance when carrying out their duties in the learning process. The questionnaire was filled by kindergarten teachers in every village in the Ngablak sub-district. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the performance of kindergarten teachers in Ngablak sub-district was included in the very good category. Kindergarten teacher performance is calculated using three aspects, each of which has a different score. The planning aspect has a score of 169 (78.24%), the learning process aspect has a score of 1294 (85.58%), the evaluation aspect has a score of 95 (65.97%), and the total score obtained from each aspect that is 1872 (83.23%).
