Abstract
This study aims to describe: (1) SIMP-Based Online Policy at SMP N 1 Delanggu, (2) Online SIMP Implementation, (3) Supporting Factors and Inhibitors of Online Based SIMP, (4) The Benefits of Online SIMP Implementation. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Research setting at SMP N 1 Delanggu. The subjects of this research are principal, head of school SIM department, library head SM N 1 Delanggu, 1 teacher, and documentation of online SIMP management. Methods of data collection by interview, observation, documentation. Test data validity with source triangulation and engineering triangulation. Data analysis using interactive models Miles and Huberman. The results showed as follows: (1) SIM-based management online at SMP N 1 Delanggu is the Academic Information System and Library Information System. (2) Implementation of online-based SIMP management consist of planning phase, organizing phase, implementation stage, and supervision stage. Library management using the Slim Akasia application. (3) Obstacles and solutions are about human resources and network device factors. The solution is to provide socialization and repair of network problems. (4) The benefits of online SIMP-based implementation at SMP N 1 Delanggu is to make it easier for principals to monitor teacher and teacher performance in managing values. The Slim Akasia application makes it easy for librarians to do library management.
