Abstract
This research aims to identify: 1) the influence of Z Generation during learning process on Accountancy Learning Motivation of Accountancy Students Class X at SMK N 1 Godean Academic year 2015/2016, 2) the influence of Teacher’s Role during learning process on accountancy learning motivation of accountancy students class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016, and 3) the influence of Z Generation and teacher’s role during learning process together on accountancy learning motivation of accountancy students class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016. This research was an ex-post facto with quantitative approach and the data was obtained through questionnaires. The subject research was 96 accountancy students in class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016. Instrument test was conducted in SMK N 1 Tempel in N=30. The data were analysed by prerequisite test analysis which consisted of a test of linearity and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test included a simple regression, multiple regressions, the relative contribution and effective contribution. The result of this research were that: 1) there is a positive influence of Z Generation’s character on accountancy learning motivation of accountancy students class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016 with a correlation coefficient of 0.328 and tcalculate > ttable (3.365 > 1.664) with effective contribution at 6.299%, 2) there is a positive influence of teacher’s role on accountancy learning motivation of accountancy students class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016 with a correlation coefficient of 0.625 and tcalculate > ttable (7.763 > 1.664) with effective contribution at 16.178%, and 3) there is a positive influence of Z generation’s character and teacher’s role on accountancy learning motivation of accountancy students class X at SMK N 1 Godean academic year 2015/2016 with a correlation coefficient of 0.633 and Fcalculate > Ftable (31.043 > 3.09) with effective contribution at 22,477%.
