Abstract
Caring of mathematics teacher is needed in teaching and Learning Process in the class room, as a teacher should has good character and professional in reaching the target of learning process. Caring is one of interaction that happened through the interaction between Teacher and students in learning process, it can be evaluated through students’ affective and cognitive. Mathematics teacher that care for should has many experiences and can give full attention in handling what the students need. In this case can presence learning materials that can care for students’ style learning, identify problem in learning process, can motivate and influence ability of students’ creativity. Creativity is one of component that should be owned by the students , there for in teaching and learning process Mathematics teacher should innovate in improve students’ creativity through many approaches , models, strategy and technique of learning that improve thinking attitude and students’ creativity Key word: caring of mathematics teacher, creative thinking
