Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of industrial work practices performance with the interesting to entrepreneurship students of grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo academic year 2011/2012; (2) the influence of achievement of studying entrepreneurship to the students interest of entrepreneurship in student grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo academic year 2011/2012; (3) The influence of industrial work practices performance and achievement of studying entrepreneurship is shared equally to the students interest of entrepreneurship in student of grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2011/2012. This research was ex-post facto research. Subjects in research is student XII Audio Video Engineering, amounting to 33 students. Methods of data collection for the industrial work practices performance variables and achievement of studying entrepreneurship using grades documentation, while for interest in entrepreneurship variable using a model enclosed questionnaire with Likert scale. The validity of the research instruments performed by experts judgment and analysis of the items calculated as the product moment correlation. Reliability of the instrument was calculated using Alpha Cronbach formula. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses 1 and 2 were simple linear regression analysis one predictor (bivariate), while to test the third hypothesis was used of a linear multiple regression analysis technique two predictors (multivariate). The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between industrial work practices performance with the students interest of entrepreneurship in student of grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2011/2012 , as indicated by the correlation coefficient R of 0.400; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between achievement of studying entrepreneurship with the students interest of entrepreneurship in student of grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2011/2012 as indicated by the correlation coefficient R of 0.415; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between industrial work practices performance and achievement of studying entrepreneurship is shared equally to the students interest of entrepreneurship in student of grade XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Academic Year 2011/2012, as indicated by the correlation coefficient r of 0.428 and the effective contribution of 18.4%.
