Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know and explore principal’s views on inclusive education and the practices carried out in the leadership in the principal’s inclusive leadership at inclusive education. This research is a qualitative research with the research subjects of six principals who lead inclusive school in the city of Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and document study. Test the validity of the data usedthe member check. Then the data analysis technique in this research used qualitative data analysis, tthat is grounded theory. The results of this research indicate that the principal's view of inclusive education has various kind and imfluenced by various factors, which is: 1) Education, 2) Training and 3) Implementation of policies. Principals carry out several leadership practices in leading inclusive education, including: (a) Establishing a clear and clear vision of inclusion, (b) Engaging in collaborative planning and implementation, (c) Conducting equity audits, (d) Redesigning school organizations, (e) Teacher leadership, (f) Building teaching teams, (g) Building staf capacity, (h) Emotional support and appreciation, (i) Using data in decision making, and (j) Ensuring voting rights for
