Abstract
The research aims to understand the implementation of supervision academic in Senior High School 6 Yogyakarta. In general, this study described 1. The implementation of supervision, 2. Obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the supervision by the school principal and school supervisor The research is research deskripti qualitative. Respondents in this research was school supervisor, the school principal, and teachers. Technique data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of data by using triangulation which based on the interview. Data analysis usinganalysis qualitative model interactive Miles, Huberman dan Saldan data that is condentation, data display, and drawing and verifying conslusion. As well as the implementation of research results in academic Senior Hight School 6 Yogyakarta found: 1. Supervision in the academic senior hight school 6 Yogyakarta on as well as for academic.
