Abstract

This study aims to describe management of personnel in Ganesha Operatio Wonosari Branch, including: (1) Procurement of employees; (2) Placement and assignment of employees; (3) Maintenance of employees; (4) Development of employees; (5) Asassment of employees; and (6) Termination of employment. This research uses qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The subject of this research is the head of GO Branch Rayon Wonosari, full-time lecturer, and freelance teacher. Methods of data collection with interviews, observation, and study documentation Data analysis using interactive model analysis techniques. Test data validity is done by using triangulation of source and triangulation technique. The results of the research show : (1) the procurement of employees at GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari covers several stages starting from planning, job analysis, employee recruitment, and employee orientation. (2) Placement and assignment of employees GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari done by GO center for employees who mutation and promotion of position from one GO Cabang to another GO Cabang. For new employees placement and assignment given by GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari to procure new employees. (3) Maintenance of employees at GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari includes the provision of employee liability and employee rights. Obligations of employees and granting rights in GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari are stipulated in the employment contract. (4) Development of employees at GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari shaped performance development in the form of employee training and career development of employees. Employee training includes regular training and training. Employee career development includes employee mutations and promotions. (5) Assassment of Employee in GO Wonosari Branch includes material evaluation and performance evaluation of employees. (6) Termination of work is rarely done by GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari. Because employees GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari came out not decided by the GO but came out on their own behalf for various reasons.
