Abstract

This research aims 1) to know the effect traditional dakon in the development morals (responsibility) children in B class to group 1 subdistrict Rempung: 2) to know the effect traditional dakon in the evelopment morals (discipline) children in B class to group 1 subdistrict Rempung. This study used quantitative approach by ex-post facto type of quantitative research. The subject were 40 children of class B to group 1 distric Rempung the totally four kindergarten and early childhood that were Darma Wanita Rempung kindergarten, Majanu Bil Ilmi early childhood, Harapan Dita early childhood, and Ceria early childhood. The data were collected through observation, then analyzed using several tests namely normality, homogeneity, linearity, and spearman. The results of this study show that: 1) Dakon traditional game gives an effect significantly of morals responsibility. This is proven through significant result of 0.000 (sig < 0,05). In the correlation coefficient, there are 0,569 result and can be stated to have a strong relationship. 2) Dakon traditional game not gives an effect significantly of discipline. This is proven through significant result of 0.185 (sig > 0,05). In the correlation coefficient, there are 0,214 result and can be stated to have a weak relationship.
