Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the effectiveness of reality group counseling services towards self efficacy of class XI student of SMK Mambaul Falah Kudus, (2) determine the effectiveness of reality group counseling services towards career decision making forclass XI student of SMK Mambaul Falah Kudus. This research was a quasi-experimental quantitative study using the pretest-posttest control group design model. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample characteristics are students who highlight low and moderate self-efficacy and career decision making. Based on this technique, there were 6 students in the experimental group and 6 students in the control group. Data collection uses a self-efficacy scale and career decision making scale. The instrument reliability test used the Alpha Croanbach formula obtained the reliability coefficient on the self-efficacy scale of 0.921 and the scale of making career decisions 0.929.The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon non-parametric statistical test using the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results oftheWilcoxontestshow that: (1) the WDEP techniqueis effective towards the self-efficacy of students class XI (sign = 0.027 <0.05) and (2) the WDEP technique is effective towards career decision making for students class XI (sign = 0.027 <0.05). The results Wilcoxon test show that the WDEP technique reality group counseling service is effective towards self-efficacy and career decision making for class XI students of SMK Mambaul Falah Kudus.
