Abstract

This study aims to: (1) develop an annual program of guidance and counseling at Kasihan 3 State Vocational School in Yogyakarta in the 2017/2018 academic year, and (2) find out the feasibility level of the annual guidance and counseling program at Kasihan 3 Vocational School Yogyakarta in 2017 / 2018. This research is a research development model of Borg & Gall. The two groups of program validation subjects in this research and development are two expert validators who are competent in the guidance and counseling program of teacher guidance and counseling. The data collection instruments used were expert validation questionnaires, practitioner validation questionnaires and guidelines for Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis techniques using categorization. The results of this research and development are: (1) producing a product in the form of an annual program of guidance and counseling at SMK Negeri 3 Pity for the academic year 2017/2018. (2) based on the results of expert validation tests on the annual program of guidance and counseling getting an average rating of 84% (good category), and the results of practitioners' validation tests on the annual program of guidance and counseling getting an average rating of 87% (good category) . It can be concluded that the annual program of guidance and counseling in State Vocational High School 3 Kasihan 2017/2018 school year is good and feasible to implement.
