The respondents were chosen using a purposive technique, which was supplemented by a snowball technique including members of the NPIC management team and company executives. They are crucial individuals with a long history of working in their organizations. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used to gather the data. The data was cross-checked with participants via the interview and interpreted transcription. There are five findings as follows. First, The NPIC management team attempted to use technological expertise as a technological skill. Second, the needing decision-making skills could identify a decision by obtaining information, evaluating various alternatives, implementing, and following up. Third, analytical skills were required to appraise information collecting articulately, solve complicated problems, and make decisions expeditiously. Many ideas and enthusiasm might be amplified in NPIC if people management skills were used. Coordinating with others as skill could be effective communication and team collaboration to organize the various aspects of a complex undertaking. Fourth, to accomplish the technology’s promised benefits in NPIC, it is necessary to inspire the changes that it entails and to engage the people who will be affected when it is implemented. Finally, these skills were used by effective managers to incorporate technology at their individual NPIC facilities.
