Abstract
This research had a goal to find variations name on the traditional kitchen materiel and where that variation is used. On society in Tempel Sub-district, where that materiel places will be conceived through geographic maps. The research method using descriptive method. How to collect data is using questionnaire and observation. How to analysis data is used descriptive method. The way how to ground data is to use the validity of source triangulation and reliability of stability. The results of this research is application on variations of name in the traditional kitchen materiel is different in Tempel Sub-district. In this research variations materiel name “bodhag” was found 3 variations name, “cikrak” found 5 variations, “tepas” found 3 variations, “kranjang” found 3 variations, “tedho” found 2 variations, “tas kranjang” found 3 variations, “tenggok” found 3 variations, “kwali” found 4 variations, “genthong” found 3 variations, “anglo” found 2 variations, “luweng” found 2 variations name. Using these variations name in each other places of course different, there is one place using more one variations, but there a place who used only one variation.
