Abstract
Indonesian government,putting into action the Educational System Law, is starting its efforts this year to develop schools to reach international level (SBI). There are many questions arises to it including what is SBI? What is the requirement to be promoted as SBI? How to develop schools towards SBI? Every school may use a different way suitable to develop it to be SBI; however this paper suggests a promising way that is Learning Organization.
