Abstract
Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, ditemukan bahwa adanya tingkat beban kerja yang cenderung tinggi pada perawat yang dapat mempengaruhi occupational commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap occupational commitment pada perawat RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat RSUI Yakssi Gemolong yang berjumlah 80 perawat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala beban kerja dan skala occupational commitment. Hasil seleksi item menunjukkan bahwa angka korelasi item total berkisar antara 0,276 – 0,620. Hasil uji reliabilitas affective commitment adalah sebesar 0,785, continuance commitment sebesar 0,797, normative commitment sebesar 0,853 dan beban kerja sebesar 0,854. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana, ditemukan bahwa: (1) beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap affective commitment dengan nilai F=95.225, Sig. =,0000 , r=0,741 dan R2=0,550, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap continuance commitment dengan nilai F=121,597 , Sig.=0,0000 , r=0,762 dan R2=0,580, (3) beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap normative commitment dengan nilai F=144,175, Sig.= 0,0000 , r=0,806 dan R2=0,649. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi affective commitment, continuance commitment dan, normative commitment. Kata kunci: beban kerja, occupationa commitment. This research is based on the results of a survey conducted by researchers, it was found that there is a level of workload that tends to be high on nurses who can influence occupational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on occupational commitment on nurses at RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. This research is a study that uses a quantitative approach with ex-post facto research types. The subjects involved in this study were 80 nurses at Yakssi Gemolong Hospital. The research instruments used were the scale of workload and occupational commitment scale. The results of item selection show that the total item correlation numbers range from 0.276 - 0.620. The results of the affective commitment reliability test were 0.785, continuance commitment was 0.797, normative commitment was 0.853 and workload was 0.854. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it was found that: (1) workload has an effect on affective commitment with a value of F = 95,225, Sig. =, 0000, r = 0.741 and R2 = 0.550, (2) workload has an effect on continuance commitment with F = 121.597, Sig. = 0.0000, r = 0.762 and R2 = 0.580, (3) workload has an effect on normative commitment with a value of F = 144,175, Sig. = 0,0000, r = 0,806 and R2 = 0,649. Therefore, it can be concluded that workload can affect affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Keywords: workload, occupation commitment.
