Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres, resiliensi dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh stres terhadap resiliensi, stres terhadap turnover intention dan resiliensi terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan karyawan CV. Unggas Makmur Indonesia yang berjumlah 67 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa skala turnover intention, skala stres, dan skala resiliensi. Validitas instrumen tersebut diuji menggunakan expert judgment dan reliabilitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil pengukuran reliabilitas pada variabel turnover intention yaitu 0,949, pada variabel stres yaitu 0,900 dan pada variabel resiliensi yaitu 0,902. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan stres tidak berperan sebagai mediator antara resiliensi dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini menujukkan Resiliensi berperan sebagai mediator antara stres dan turnover intention karena pengaruh resiliensi terhadap turnover intention lebih besar dari pengaruh stres terhadap turnover intention dan hasil uji Sobel . Kata kunci: turnover intention, stres, dan resiliensi This research aimed to find out the relationship between stress, resilience and turnover intention. This research examined the effect of stress on resilience, stress on turnover intention and resilience to turnover intention. This research used a quantitative approach. This type of research was correlational research. The subjects of research were 67 employees of CV. Unggas Makmur Indonesia in Yoyakarta. The instruments of data collection was turnover intention scale, stress scale, and scale of resilience. The validity of the instrument was tested by using expert judgment and the reliability of the instrument was measured by the Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of measurement of reliability on the turnover intention variable were 0.949, in the stress variable was 0.900 and in the resilience variable was 0.902. Data analysis used regression test. The results of this research showed that stress was not role as a mediator between resilience and turnover intention. This research showed that resilience roles as a mediator between stress and turnover intention because the effect of resilience on turnover intention greater than the effect of stress on intention turnover and the result of Sobel test.
