Abstract
Tujuan pembuatan kondensor pyrolysis reactor plastic portable adalah: (1) membuat kondensor yang tepat untuk pyrolysis reactor plastic portable; (2) membuat dan menyusun standar operasional proses pembuatan kondensor; dan (3) mengetahui kinerja kondensor. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan kondensor pyrolysis reactor plastic portable yaitu: (1) identifikasi gambar desain; (2) memilih alat dan mesin apa saja yang digunakan; (3) proses pembuatan kondensor; dan (4) melakukan uji kinerja kondensor. Hasil dari pembuatan kondensor ini yaitu: (1) berhasil membuat kondensor pyrolysis reactor plastic portable sesuai dengan desain. Komponen yang dibuat yaitu 2 buah tabung kondensor, 2 buah tabung kondensat, 2 buah pipa saluran kondensor dan dudukan kondensor; (2) berhasil menyusun langkah-langkah pembuatan dalam bentuk standar operasional prosedur. Proses pembuatan kondensor pyrolysis reactor plastic portable meliputi : identifikasi gambar kerja, persiapan alat dan mesin, persiapan bahan, proses pemotongan bahan, proses pembubutan dan pengeboran, proses perakitan; dan (3) performa alat diketahui dapat berfungsi dengan baik setelah dilakukan uji kinerja pada alat pyrolysis reactor plastik portable yaitu kondensor dapat merubah uap hasil pirolisis mencadi cairan bahan bakar
