Abstract
This study aims to determine the readiness competency of teachers and classroom facilities in the learning-based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Class RSBI SMP Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this study was all teachers who teach in the classroom RSBI 1Banjarnegara and junior class facilities are available. To determine the level of teacher competence and achievements of the first-class facility readiness in ICT-based learning, the methods used in collecting data is by using observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study was descriptive statistics. The results showed that the readiness competency of teachers in a classroom environment RSBI SMP Negeri 1 Banjarnegara in the process of ICTbased learning achievement levels of 83.21% included in the criteria either. The readiness of first-class facilities in support of ICT-based learning process has a level of achievement as follows: 77% class VII including the criteria for good, a class VIII with 80% included in the criteria for Good, a class IX A of 86% is included in the criteria for Very Good, IX B of 83% is included in the criteria for Good, IX and IX CD 80% including in the criteria for Good. keyword : feasibility, teacher competency, class facilities , information technology
