Abstract

Vocational education is expected to be able to yield ready-to-work graduates. The consequence of this expectation is the importance of quality improvement of vocational education. One of effort which can be done is executing good learning, which has well-prepared plans and implement good patterns. One of learning model which can be applied is innovative-creative. learning. This learning model combines creative learning model and innovative learning model. Creative learning model emphasizes at teacher creativity to condition students to be creative and to create a comfortable learning atmosphere, while innovative learning model is based on constructivistic paradigm. lnnovative• creative learning system is expected to be able to improve learning system in vocational education so that the aim of vocational education to create ready-to-work graduates can be reached.
