Abstract
This research was aimed at Religion Education Department Students, This research is classified as Research and Development that consists of four stages i.e. analyzing; developing; implementing; and evaluating. The research involved five instrument experts, five experts of development model designed, two syllabuse experts, two materials experts, two lay-out experts, four English lecturers of UIN Mataram, and 138 students of Islamic Religion Education Department The product of the research is a model of materials development. The components of the model cover the steps of materials development and syllabus, and learning materials. Key words: NEDPE Model, Learning Materials, and English Language Teaching.
