Abstract

This study examines about the influence of emotional Intelligence and leadership effectiveness toward works performance. Quantitative method was used in this research. Survey is used to collect the data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows that emotional intelligence and perception of leadership effectiveness have a positive effect on team performance. The Theoretical and empirical implication and the direction of future studies are discussed. Keyword: Team performance, emotional Intelligence, Leadership effectiveness
