Abstract

Abstract: In spite of helping the employees to enhanoe their optima productivity in working world, counselling service is also intended to tak note of their prosperity. Nowadays, managerial techniques, which inclin to force manipulative ways to get profit as much as possible without paying attention on the genuiness of human interactions, are assume less appropriate anymore. Counselling techniques, which focus on the genuiness and sincerity, are assumed to be more humane. Therefore, counselling approaches need to be implemented in industria world. Although it Is needed as a necessity in Industrialworld, the fact st shows that there is not a lot of companies plan to give counsellingservic with professional counsellors. On the other sides, the managers, trainer supervisors, and experts in human resources development do not hav enough knowledge and art in counselling yet. Themastery of counselling skill have realized as a difficult and complex thing because basic principal of it is not mastered. Counselling is not a complex thing because basic principal of it is not mastered. Counselling is not a plain knowledge wit mechanical proceduresbut it is about theart of helping.Because of that it is important to bring awareness to the industrialist to employ the professional counsellor to give counselling form now on. While the counsellors have to raise their professional competency so that the public trust toward their profession will grow rapidly. This challenge must be aware by the counsellors, moreover in the globalisation era, which the flow of the goods and merit from a country to the other countries cannot be prevented by the protective policies.
