Abstract
Javanese mystical ritual in Natour Garuda hotel is spiritual application fo approaching upon God. The ritual held every Eve Tuesday Kliwon has bee running since 20 May J997 up to now. This research aims to give th understanding ethnographic analytic to word the Javanese mystical ritua existence which during this modern still done by part of Javanese community. Taking participant observation and in-depth interview to th informant snowba//ingly held the data collection. The research resul describes the Javanese mystical ritual in Natour Garuda hotel is considered unique, because it is gatheredly done, in the relatively busy place. and has been po.cked into the spiritual art collaboration. The ritual procession is set in accordance with structure of the leather puppet show consisting o seven phases. The seven phases inviting performance arts aspects towards the process manunggaling kawula Gusti. Concurring with this, either th mystic or the hotel manajement will get the material value and spiritua one. The material value correlate with the hotel business aspect. such as th material benefit physically. While the spiritual value is the invisible essence spiritually. As seen from the aspect of function, the material value is mor supporting the hotel mission as a profit-oriented institution. While th spiritual value tend to support the hotel vision. i.e. the direction into th traditional culture development, values. and Javanese mystical ritua meaningfor the supporters.
