Abstract
The social change as consequence of the technological progress in globalization has an impact on the value degradation. This phenomenon seen on some deviation of professional ethics. Professional ethics that should be the norm for someone in performing one's professional task has been done deviantly. One of essensial problem of this phenomenon is the less of awareness of commitment value to one's occupation. Value and value system is able to change, even should be changed. The occupation commitmen value consequences in some professional tied to his profession. Someone who has high occupation commitment value is supposed to maintains his occupation, even develops it accordance with the professional ethics. To civilize occupation commitment values becomes the important thing to do. It can be done means of value educating, professional ethics socializing and improving of profession organization.
