Abstract
This research is amid at finding and understanding (I) existence in Ramayana in Ajidarma's Kitab Omong, (2) comparative narrative structure of Ramayana in Ajidarma's Kitab Omong Kosong and previous Ramayana, (3) author's reception on Ramayanain KitabOmongKosong. To achieve the aims, the novel is read repeatedly.Some texts of Ramayana version, Hindis Ramayana by C. Rajagopalacari. Kakawin Ramayana, Utarrakanda.and Indonesian Ramayana by Sunardi D.M were read and interpreted. This research assumes Ramayana as hypogram which has intertextualrelationwith the novel. The result of the research shows that (I) Ramayana is one of hypogram texts in Kitab Omong Kosong, (2) there are similar narrative structure between Ramayana and Kitab omong kosong as the transformation of Valmiki's Ramayana. via Uttarakanda in Zoetmulder's Kalangwan. In reception perspective. it shows that there is a deconstruction in Rama Character. From hero and reincarnation of Wisnu to selfish, full of mistakeshuman being.
