Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) IPA berbasis service learning materi Sistem Pencernaan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan reflective thinking yang layak menurut ahli dosen dan praktisi (guru IPA), respon peserta didik terhadap penggunan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) IPA berbasis service learning yang berorientasi pada pengembangkan reflective thinking materi Sistem Pencernaan, peningkatan reflective thinking menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) IPA berbasis service learning materi Sistem Pencernaan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis Research and Development (R&D) mengacu desain pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: Analysis, Design, Development and Production, Implementation, Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik sebanyak 32 anak kelas VII B SMP N 1 Mlati. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar penilaian validasi LKPD oleh ahli dosen dan praktisi (guru IPA), lembar keterlaksanaan service learning pada pembelajaran, lembar respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) IPA, lembar pretest dan posttest kemampuan reflective thinking, dan lembar kolom refleksi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis secara deskriptif . Hasil penelitian ini adalah LKPD IPA berbasis service learning materi Sistem Pencernaan memperoleh nilai kelayakan oleh dosen sebesar 3,94 dengan kategori sangat baik dan nilai kelayakan oleh guru IPA sebesar 3,79 dengan kategori sangat baik, didukung hasil observasi keterlaksanaan service learning yang berkategori sangat baik; Respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD IPA berbasis service learning yang berorientasi mengembangkan reflective thinking yaitu 75,94% dengan kategori baik; Peningkatan reflective thinking dengan menggunakan LKPD IPA berbasis service learning dengan hasil gain score sebesar 0,66 kategori sedang, didukung kolom refleksi yang menghasilkan hasil semakin meningkat. Kata kunci: IPA, LKPD, reflective thinking, service learning This research was aimed to produce of natural science student worksheet based on service learning in terms of digestive system which oriented on the development of reflective thinking with eligible according to university level instructor experts and practitioners (natural science teacher), student’s response on the usage of the worksheet, and the increase of reflective thinking using the worksheet. This research was one of the Research and Development (R&D), referred to ADDIE development design which consisted of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development and Production, Implementation, Evaluation. The subject of this research was 32 students from class VII B SMPN 1 Mlati. The instruments used in this research were natural science worksheet validation assessment sheets by university level instructor experts and practitioners (natural science teacher), service learning completion sheets, student’s response sheets against the usage of natural science worksheet, pretest and posttest sheets about reflective thinking ability, and reflection column sheets. Analytical technique that was used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research were natural science student worksheet based on service learning in terms of digestive system achieved a properness score of 3.94 by university instructors with a “very good” category and a score of 3.79 by natural science teachers with a “very good” category. These scores were supported by observation of service learning completion that also achieved a “very good” category. Student’s responses against the usage of natural science worksheet was scored 75.94% with a “good” category. The increase of reflective thinking ability using service based natural science worksheet scored 0.66 and fell into “fair” category, supported by reflection column that showed a growing results.
