Abstract
This activity aim to identify the competent research pickings lifted to become the devotion activity to society. Activity target is research result of all lecturer of State University of Yogyakarta succeeded executed in the year 2008. This activity is done with the method of documentation and discussion. Step in executing by (1) [is] stocktaking, ( 2) tabulation, and ( 3) analysis. Pursuant to inferential study result (1) research 2008 predominated by the pure research, ( 2) because applied research relative a few competent. Only 32 title ( 14,81%) competent of devotion to society from 216 internal research title, ( 3) for the research of eksternal from 111 research only 6 ( 5,41%) competent devotion to society.
