The questionnaires were divided into two parts. The first questionnaire was to obtain the data about students’ needs to develop the activities and distributed in the early stage of the study. The second questionnaire was used to revise the activities and was distributed during the implementation of the activities. The quantitative data from the questionnaire were analyzed by using central tendency measure. Meanwhile, the qualitative data were analyzed through interpretational analysis technique. The developed activities were formulated into a course grid, a teacher’s guide, worksheets, and media. There are possible learning activities in the product (1) Story book-based activities (2) Video-based activities (3) Scrabble-based activities (4) Picture dictionary-based activities (5) Encyclopaedia-based activities. There are five aspects in the library-based activities that match with the students’ characteristics: appearance, content activity, activity type, topic, and media.
