Abstract
THE EFFECTS OF SELF-EFFICACY AND ORGANIZE TO MATURITY CAREER EXPERIENCE AUTOMOTIVE STUDENTS IN STATE CLASS XI SMK DIY By: I NyomanAgus Putra Nurjaya 08504244030 ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to determine the level of career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY, to determine the effect of self-efficacy on career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Otomotif in DIY, to determine the effect of organizational experience on career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY, to determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational experience together to career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY. This research is ex-post facto, using sampling techniques proportional (proportional sampling) combined with sampling area, the study population are students of class XI Automotive, technology and engineering group, Light Vehicle Engineering Program at SMK DIY as 1157 students. It was taken to the subject of research as 280 students. Self-efficacy data collection, organizational experience, and career maturity are used by questionnaire. Instrument testing done by most students of SMK Muh. 1 Patuk who did not participate in the study subjects and analysed using validity and reliability testing. Test requirements analysis using tests of normality and linearity. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is the F test for the method of analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on this research can be concluded as follows: (1) the level of career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY is in middle category. (2) The absence of the influence of self-efficacy on career maturity class XI student of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY. This is evidenced by calculated value is less than the t table (-2.196 < 1, 97). (3) The effect of organizational experience on career maturity class XI students of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY. This is evidenced by the value of t is greater than t table (2.478>1.97) with a significantly smaller value than the significant level of 5 % (0.018< 0, 05). (4) There is the influence of self-efficacy and organizational experience together the career maturity class XI student of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY. This is evidenced by the significant value is less than 5% significance level (0.006<0.05) and the F value is greater than the value of F table (5,299> 3, 03). Magnitude of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 37 % , which means 37 % of self-efficacy and organizational experience together affect career maturity class XI student of SMK Negeri Automotive in DIY and the balance of 63 % is influenced by other factors not examined.
