Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze effect of Synergetic teaching Method on student learning achievement in precision measuring instruments application subject at Mechanical Engineering Department SMK Dr. Sutomo Temanggung. This study was using quasi-experiment method with Nonrandomized Pretest-posttest control group design. Research was conducted on experimental group that subject given by Synergetic teaching compared to control group using conventional method. Data were collected through test and then analyzed using t-test. The research results show that (1) T-test result showed that t¬value= 2,505 with ttable=2,040, which means that there are significant effect of Synergetic teaching Method used on students learning achievements. (2) The average value of the class that using Synergetic teaching Method increased by 2,32175 compared to the conventional method that only 1,25368. (3) Graduation percentage that using Synergetic Method was 90,62% while the conventional method was 82,35%. Keywords: Synergetic teaching, Learning achievment, Precision measuring device
