Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of activeness in extracurricular and OSIS activities on students work readiness. This was ex-post facto research where the populations were all of students in class XII SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. Samples determination was using a nomogram Harry King with a standard error of 7% so that obtained 70 respondents. Simple random sampling technique by draw was used to take samples. Data were collected by questionnaire and then analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that activeness in extracurricular and OSIS activities would improve students work readiness according to the equation Y=0,407X1+41,791 and Y =0,305X2+ 48,045 respectively. Furthermore, activeness in extracurricular and OSIS activities simultaneously enhancing students work readiness by equation Y= 0,292X1+ 0,190X2+ 33,361.
