Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of entrepreneurship knowledge and self- concept on entrepreneurial interest. This study uses the ex post facto approach. The research population was students of class XII at SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. The research samples were 140 respondents determined by probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite test, and hypothesis test. The results show that both entrepreneurship knowledge and self-concept affected positively and significantly on entrepreneurial interest at significance level of 5%. Then entrepreneurships knowledge and self-concept simultaneously gave positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest at significance level of 5%.
