Abstract

Abstract This study aimed at investigating effect of soft skills integration in Mechanical Technology subject on learning behavior. This was a quasi-experimental research. Sample was selected by purposive sampling technique so that Class 1TP1 was an experimental group and Class 1TP2 was a control group. Data were collected through observations and a questionnaire. They were statistically analyzed using frequencies and product moment correlation. Result of the study show that there was an effect of soft skills integration in Mechanical Technology subject on learning behavior based on result of product moment correlation test with a correlation coefficient of 0.445 which was in the moderate category. It increase learning behavior significantly of 19.8%. Keywords: soft skills integration, learning behavior, mechanical technology
