Abstract
Abstract Machining practical learning which implement two-shift program at Pangudi Luhur Muntilan Vocational high school has been evaluated that consist of supporting capability, teacher qualification, facilities and completeness of learning, student participation and practice outcomes effectivity. This was an evaluation research using context, input, process and product (CIPP) model. Context dimension was used to evaluate support on the program 2 shifts while Input to examine the qualifications of teachers with teachers as the respondent and learning facilities with students as the respondent. Process aimed at the learning process and practice of student participation. Furthermore, the product was observed from the attitudes and final results practice of students. The respondents were students of machining technique department class XII A, B and C. Data were collected by questionnaire. Instrument was validated through the opinions of experts and empirically analyzed by product moment correlation while reliability was determined by Cronbach Alpha technique. The results shows that machining technique teacher qualifications were in the good category. Similarly, the learning machining practice facility in a good categories, that the availability of practice equipment was sufficient and the student participation when the learning is very good. Furthermore, the effectiveness of practice learning with program 2 shift in the effective category, proven by the number of competency test graduates increase.
