Abstract
The objectives of the research are to get (1) the information of how far the supervision contribution to the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten; (2) the information of how far headmaster’s internal communication contribution to the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten; (3) the information of how far the supervision contribution and the headmaster’s internal communication contribution to the teachers’ performance simultaneously in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten. This research used quantitative approach with correlative method. The populations of the research were all of the teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten. The research respondents were 34 teachers in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten. The respondents were decided through the Proportional Sampling and the data were taken by closed questionnaire. The analysis of data collection used Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) V16.0. The results of the research show that (1) the supervision contributes to the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten increases 12,74%; (2) headmaster’s internal communication contributes to the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten increases 14,98%; (3) the supervision and headmaster’s internal communication simultaneously contributes to the teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 2 Klaten increases 28,41%.
