Abstract
The research is aimed to knowing (1) the correlation between intrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality, (2) the correlation between extrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality, (3) the correlation between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality. The research use expost-facto. The research population is SMK N 2 Depok Program Teknik Gambar Bangunan Class XI. The sample is all of the population total number 62 students. Data collection technique using questionnaire, documentation and interview. The instrument validity trough judgement expert and Product Moment. The instrument reliability calculate using Chronbach Alpha. Data analysis technique are correlation analysis and Stepwise Method. All of calculation using SPSS v.17 program. The result of research showed that (1) There is a positive and significant correlation between intrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality (r = 0,600; p = 0,00 < 0,05), (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between extrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality (r = 0,69; p = 0,00 < 0,05), (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to the manual drawing quality (R = 0,75; p = 0,00 < 0,05; SE= 55,6%).
