Abstract
This research aims at demonstrating the level of learning motivation of the students of D-II Elementary School teacher Education for Sport. The main objective of this research is to determine in what level the students could adapt their learning patterns to the college grounds. This study was conducted using survey and questionnaires to collect the data. The populations were all the students of D-II Elementary School Teacher Education for Sport semester 3 Class A and Class B. Class A and Class B consisted of 43 and 47 students, respectively. Thus, the total population was 90 students. The samples were all of the population. The instrument used in this study involved 40 items of questions. However, there were 9 items which were not valid, thus there were only 31 valid items. Furthermore, the items were analyzed descriptively. The results of data analysis show that generally, 69% of the students were highly motivated, reflected by the students in Class A and Class B which achieved 67% and 70%, respectively.
