The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire to respondents to collect the data on independent variables of the family environment and teacher-related attitude among Accounting Education students of enrolment year 2011 at FE YSU. The data were analyzed using the simple regression analysis to test the first and second hypotheses and the multiple regression analysis to test the third hypothesis. Before the data were analyzed, tests of analysis prerequisites were carried out which included tests of linearity and multicollinearity. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a significant positive effect of the family environment on the readiness to be teachers among Accounting Education students of enrolment year 2011 at FE YSU, indicated by a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.457 and tobtained = 5.728 > ttable = 1.660 with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 20.9% by which the variable of the family environment affects the readiness to be teachers. (2) There is a significant positive effect of the teacher-related attitude on their readiness to be teachers, indicated by a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.404 and tobtained = 5.925 > ttable = 1.660 with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 16.4% by which the variable of the teacher-related attitude affects their readiness to be teachers. (3) There are significant positive effects of the family environment and teacher-related attitude on the readiness to be teachers, indicated by a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.507 and Fobtained = 21.262 > Ftable = 3.09 with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 25.7% by which the two variables simultaneously affect the readiness to be teachers.
