Abstract

Research aims to find out of (1) values character education developed in SMKN 2 Pengasih, (2) steps by implementation process character education in the subjects of CNC in class XII Machining Technique SMKN 2 pengasih, (3) the results of implementation character education in the subjects of CNC at class XII Machining Techniques SMKN 2 pengasih The research represent by quantitative descriptive research. Subject of research student class of XII SMKN 2 Pengasih with sampel is 62 students. Technique data used with observation, interview, and questionnaire. Analysis data technique (1) reduction data, (2) presentation data, (3) categories data. The questionnaire instrument test validity dan reliabilitas test. Validity test conducted with expert judgement and item analysis, whereas the test of realibilitas used with Alpha formula of Cronbach. The result of this research are (1) elements education character developed in SMKN 2 Pengasih with subject of CNC, for the example: discipline, spirits, sincerity, want to know do something, and have reading hobbies, (2) steps of education character for CNC in SMKN 2 Pengasih is planning phase, process/ implementation studying, and evaluation phase, (3) assessment to implementation of education character for CNC used enquette instrument the known by implementation of education character can be good categories with percentage 62. 9.
