Abstract

This aims of observation : (1) describe teacher resource quality enhanced of program plan at smk muhammadiyah 3 yk, (2) describe efektivitas about the teacher quality enhanced program execution and (3) describe supporter factors and the teacher resource quality enhanced program and powerlessness hindrance aims the grade school of international program (SBI). This observation belongs to quantitative observation the kind that is done at smk muhammadiyah 3 yogyakarta. And this file collecting according to observation, interview and also documentation. validity test with “trianggulasi source” that is file verification same and from different respondent.The file analysis techniq used that is descriptive, quantitative and also qualitative. Result of observation shows the teacher quality enhanced the plan of the program at smk muhammadiyah 3 yk the aim school of International program (SBI) made of according to collaboration to accompany of staff aducation. The plan of program the school properly tools likes Laptop,computer,Also with gives cost subsidy for english training and advanced study to s2. Efektivitas program execution not yet until now, because the problem is the powerlessness of planning and also undercommunication in english training, advanced study target not science teachers, mathematics teachers and vocational kernel but the target is teacher that long teach of the school. In the program execution is various factors that is teacher motivation, program to support, pleasant work environment with professional work coordinationto the other. And factor powerlessness that is power catches teacher that decreased, teacher age that unproductive, with low teacher motivation. keyword: school of International program, teacher quality, smk muh 3 Yk.
