Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of the analysis of application system software e-training employees made in PT. Mutiara Solusindo. Four aspects concerning the quality of the software proposed to measure how well made the quality of software. The subjects are the employees and the application itself. Object of research is the aspect of reliability, usability, maintainability, and portability. The setting of the research took place at PT. Mutiara Solusindo and other companies as users of the application. The method used in data collection is direct observation of the application of e-training and distributing questionnaires to survey questionnaires were fabricated into an application program. The methods that used for data analysis include reliability testing, analysis of Likert-scale data, and analysis directly on the line of code and analysis capabilities run applications in different environments. The results showed that the quality of e-training application system employees viewed from four aspects, there are : (1) reliability, (2) usability, (3) maintainability, (4) portability. Overall, they have a good quality in accordance with the rules of software quality and user expectations. Reliability level has a good level, usability has a percentage value of 81.44%, maintainability index stood at 20-100, and for the portability aspect based on testing system can be held on all commonly used browsers users.
