This is an ex-post facto study. It was conducted in SMA Islam 1 Gamping. The research population consisted of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. The sample collection was done using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collecting methods included documentation and questionnaires. The data were analysed using path analysis. The result of the study were as follows 1) Reward contributed positively to the discipline of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. It was supported by the calculation result of the standard path?s coefficient value by 0.259 and the critical ratio of 3.280 with the probability of 0.001 or p<0.05. 2) Reward contributed positively to the learning achievement of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. It was supported by the calculation result of the standard path?s coefficient value by 0.266 and the critical ratio of 3.411 with the probability of 0.00 or p<0.05. 3) Punishment contributed positively to the discipline of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. It was supported by the calculation result of the standard path?s coefficient value by 0.213 and the critical ratio (t-count) of 2.691 with the probability of 0.007 or p<0.05. 4) Punishment contributed positively to the learning achievement of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. It was supported by the calculation result of the standard path?s coefficient value by 0.159 and the critical ratio (t-count) of 2.053 with the probability of 0.040 or p<0.05. 5) Discipline contributed positively to the learning achievement of the students of SMA Islam 1 Gamping. It was supported by the calculation result of the coefficient value of the standard path Y1 to the standard path Y2 by 0.210 and the critical ratio (t-count) of 2.687 and the probability of 0.007 or p<0.05. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Discipline, Learning Achievement. ER -
