ANGKA HARAPAN HIDUP (AHH) DI PROVINSI JAWA TENGAHAngka Harapan Hidup (AHH) menjadi tolak ukur untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pemerintah dalam bidang kesehatan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian AHH yaitu lokasi antar wilayah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan regresi spasial untuk memodelkan AHH di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Model regresi spasial terdiri dari Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) dan Spatial Error Model (SEM). Pemilihan model regresi spasial menggunakan uji Langrange Multiplier (LM). Matriks pembobot yang dapat digunakan untuk pemodelan regresi spasial yaitu Rook contiguity, Bishop contiguity, dan Queen contiguity. Matriks pembobot tersebut menggambarkan ukuran kedekatan antar wilayah pengamatan. Variabel prediktor yang digunakan untuk pemodelan AHH yaitu angka kematian bayi ( ), angka melek huruf ( ), pengeluaran per kapita ( ), rata-rata lama sekolah ( ), laju ekonomi ( ), banyak posyandu ( ), pemberian ASI eksklusif ( , gizi buruk ( ), dan persentase pengangguran ( )
Analisis regresi spasial untuk pemodelan AHH di Provinsi Jawa Tengah menggunakan model Spatial Autoregressive (SAR) dengan matriks pembobot Queen contiguity. Hasil persamaan regresi spasial dengan metode SAR adalah: ̂ Σ

DI P.T. FASTRA BUANA YOGYAKARTAAlgoritma genetika merupakan suatu metode pencarian berdasarkan pada mekanisme seleksi alam dan genetik alam. Algoritma ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi dalam masalah optimasi. Masalah optimasi yang akan dibahas adalah penentuan rute terpendek dalam pendistribusian barang. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah menjelaskan aplikasi algortima genetika dengan metode roulette wheel selection untuk mencari rute terpendek pendistribusian barang di P.T. Fastra Buana Yogyakarta.
Langkah-langkah menentukan rute terpendek menggunakan algoritma genetika dengan metode roulette wheel selection adalah mendefinisikan rute ke dalam individu dalam sebuah populasi, menghitung nilai fitness individu, menentukan induk dari individu dengan seleksi roulette wheel selection, melakukan order-crossover pada induk yang terpilih, menghasilkan individu baru dengan swapping mutation, menyusun populasi baru sampai memperoleh individu dengan nilai fitness optimum.
Dalam penulisan skripsi ini dibahas mengenai optimisasi pendistribusian barang di P.T. Fastra Buana Yogyakarta untuk pendistribusian barang di Kota Bantul dan Kota Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh solusi rute terpendek pendistribusian barang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan menggunakan Algortima Genetika dengan Roulette Wheel Selection adalah rute terpendek pendistribusian barang di Kota Bantul mencakup 9 tempat sejauh 49,7 Km dan rute terpendek pendistribusian barang di Kota Yogyakarta mencakup 12 tempat sejauh 52,1 Km.

Fenomena flutter adalah fenomena ketidakstabilan dinamik suatu sistem yang
diakibatkan oleh interaksi antara unsur inersia, redaman, dan fleksibilitas struktur,
serta beban-beban aerodinamika yang bekerja pada struktur.
Sistem flutter berbentuk system persamaan diferensial orde 2 dengan dua
persamaan. Transformasi dilakukan untuk mereduksi orde sehingga diperoleh empat
persamaan diferensial orde pertama. Analisis terhadap sistem flutter hasil
transformasi dilakukan dengan melakukan reduksi dimensi sistem menggunakan teori
Manifold Center.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, perubahan nilai parameter menyebabkan perubahan
kestabilan sistem di titik ekuilibrium tertentu dan terjadinya penambahan titik
ekuilibrium dengan nilai parameter tertentu. Dengan menggunakan Teori Manifold
Center, dapat ditunjukkan bahwa sistem flutter ini dapat dibentuk menjadi bentuk

DAN APLIKASINYA PADA CITRA FOTOGRAFIFuzzy twostep filter (FTSFC) adalah salah satu filter non linear yang menerapkan dasar-dasar teorifuzzy.Metode ini dikembangkan untuk mereduksi impulse noise pada citra bertipe RGB (RedGreenBlue) dengan tetap mempertahankan tekstur dan detail dari citra. Skripsi ini ditujukan untuk menjelaskan prosedur atau tahapan-tahapan dalam metode FTSFC dan aplikasinya pada citra fotografi.
Metode ini terdiri dari dua tahapan, tahapan pertama adalah deteksi noise dan tahapan kedua adalah tahap filter. Tahap deteksi pada intinya didasarkan pada nilai gradien fuzzy. Hasil yang diperoleh pada tahap ini adalahpixel-pixel yang terdapat pada himpunan fuzzy impulse noise untuk masing-masing komponen warna. Hasil yang diperoleh pada tahap deteksi digunakan sebagai input untuk tahap filter. Tahap filter memanfaatkan perbedaan intensitas warna dari masing-masing komponen warna.
Metode FTSFC diaplikasikan pada citra RGB untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat keakuratan dari metode tersebut. Berdasarkan pembahasan diperoleh bahwa metode ini efektif dalam mereduksi impulse noise pada citra fotografi bertipe RGB, terbukti dengan kecilnya nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) dan besarnya nilai Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) yang dihasilkan. Metode ini juga lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan metode filter linear, misalnya Median Filter.Kelemahan dari Metode FTSFC adalah pixel-pixel yang berada pada bagian tepi tidak dapat tereduksi impulse noise-nya.

Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode heuristik dengan perhitungan algoritma semut. Algoritma semut adalah algoritma yang diadopsi dari perilaku koloni semut. Secara alamiah koloni semut mampu menemukan rute terpendek dalam perjalanan dari sarang ke tempat-tempat sumber makanan. Koloni semut dapat menemukan rute terpendek antara sarang dan sumber makanan berdasarkan jejak kaki pada lintasan yang telah dilewati. Algoritma Semut tepat digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah optimasi, salah satunya adalah untuk menentukan jalur efektifshuttle busP.O Efisiensi Yogyakarta. Jalur efektif shuttle bus ditentukan dengan membandingkan jalur hasil penelitian dengan jalur yang sudah ada. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengisian kuisioner yang melibatkan 396 responden.

Kegiatan produksi peternakan dalam lingkup lokal terdapat di beberapa Kabupaten maupun Provinsi di Indonesia, seperti terdapat di Kabupaten Sleman. Salah satu produksi dalam bidang ini adalah produksi telur, dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai produksi telur ayam petelur, di mana produksi telur jenis ini berkembang karena permintaan pasar semakin tinggi dan apabila dibuat prediksi produksi telur akan bermanfaat untuk para pelaku usaha di bidang peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan prosedur pemodelan fuzzy metode Mamdani untuk memprediksi produksi telur ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sleman dan mengetahui tingkat keakuratan model fuzzy metode Mamdani dalam memprediksi produksi telur.
Prosedur penentuan model fuzzy dengan menggunakan metode Mamdani diawali dengan pembagian data training dan data testing, kemudian menentukan variabel input-output. Selanjutnya menentukan semesta pembicaraan, membuat himpunan fuzzy serta menentukan fungsi keanggotaan dari himpunan
fuzzy tersebut. Tahap selanjutnya adalah membuat aturan fuzzy berdasarkan data training, kemudian berdasarkan aturan fuzzy tersebut dibuat model fuzzy dengan metode Mamdani. Langkah terakhir adalah menentukan tingkat keakuratan dari model Fuzzy metode Mamdani. Tingkat keakuratan model diukur dari nilai MSE dan MAPE.
Penerapan model fuzzy metode Mamdani dilakukan pada data produksi telur ayam petelur periode Januari 2007 sampai dengan Desember 2012. Hasil prediksi model fuzzy metode Mamdani menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keakuratan model fuzzy dengan variabel input berada pada lag 1, lag 2 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan lag 1 dan lag 2, lag 3, lag 4 dan lag 5. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai MSE dan MAPE yang lebih kecil yang berarti tingkat kesalahan prediksi lebih rendah. Berdasarkan data training, dengan menggunakan variabel input pada lag 1, lag 2 menghasilkan nilai MSE dan MAPE berturut-turut sebesar 10775,70346 dan 5,861%, dibandingkan dengan menggunakan variabel input lag 1 dan lag 2, lag 3, lag 4 dan lag 5 menghasilkan nilai MSE dan MAPE berturut-turut sebesar 10804,1509 dan 5,899%. Jadi model fuzzy metode Mamdani dengan variabel input pada lag 1, lag 2 memberikan hasil prediksi produksi telur ayam petelur yang lebih baik.

Permasalahan yang timbul pada penggunaan terapi gen ini adalah bagaimana mengetahui kapan sel tumor akan menghilang. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh terapi gen terhadap pembersihan sel tumor dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis model.
Penelitian ini diselesaikan secara matematis dengan menggunakan teori kestabilan. Tahap menganalisis model meliputi tiga tahap yaitu mencari titik ekuilibrium, menganalisis sifat kestabilan disekitar titik ekuilibrium dan melakukan simulasi.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis model, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan terapi gen dalam pengobatan kanker berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan sel efektor dan sel tumor. Model tentang pengaruh terapi gen terhadap dinamika pertumbuhan sel efektor dan sel tumor mempunyai enam titik ekuilibrium, dimana dua titik ekuilibrium merupakan titik ekuilibrium bebas tumor dan empat titik ekuilibrium merupakan titik ekuilibrium terinfeksi tumor. Kondisi kestabilan titik ekuilibrium didasarkan pada hasil simulasi 1, simulasi 2 dan simulasi 3. Pada simulasi 1, terdapat satu titik ekuilibrium terinfeksi tumor yang stabil asimtotik dan memiliki jenis titik fokus sink, artinya populasi sel efektor dan sel tumor akan tumbuh secara beriringan, sehingga masih terdapat sel tumor didalam tubuh. Pada simulasi 2, terdapat satu titik ekuilibrium bebas tumor yang stabil asimtotik dan memiliki jenis titik sink node, artinya populasi sel efektor akan meningkat sedangkan populasi sel tumor akan menghilang seiring bertambahnya waktu. Pada simulasi 3, terdapat satu titik ekuilibrium bebas tumor yang stabil asimtotik dan memiliki jenis titik sink node, artinya populasi sel efektor akan konstan pada titik ekuilibrium sedangkan populasi sel tumor akan menghilang seiring bertambahnya waktu.

UNTUK OPTIMISASI PRODUKSI AKSESORIS
(STUDI KASUS: PT. KOSAMA JAYA BANGUNTAPAN BANTUL)Kebijakan perencanaan produksi adalah kegiatan yang berperan penting dalam keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan. Selama iniPT.Kosama Jaya dalam mengambil kebijakan produksi masih berdasarkan permintaan konsumen yang datang, sehingga proses produksi masih kurang optimal karena masih banyak sumber daya yang dapat dimaksimalkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan model goal progamminguntuk membuat perencanaan produksi yang dapat memaksimalkan sumber daya yang ada di perusahaan sehingga memperoleh pendapatan yang maksimal.
Model goal programming adalah perluasan dari model pemrograman linierdengan tujuan lebih dari satu. Dalam goal programming terdapat variabel deviasional dalam fungsi kendala yang digunakan untuk menampung penyimpangan hasil penyelesaian terhadap tujuanyang ingin dicapai.Terdapat beberapa model goal programming, yaitu model goal programmingtanpa prioritas tujuan dan model goal programming dengan prioritas tujuan.
Dari hasil penelitian memperoleh beberapa solusi optimal yaitu, dengan menggunakan model Goal programming tanpa prioritas tujuan menghasilkan output pendapatan perusahaan sebesar Rp4.977.523.000,00, biaya produksi sebesar Rp 2.053.334.000,00, produksi melebihi permintaan terdapat pada produk kalung, jam kerja teroptimalkan, dan tidak terdapat jam lembur. Dengan menggunakan model Goal programming dengan prioritas tujuan menghasilkan output pendapatan perusahaan perusahaan sebesar Rp 1.618.931.000,00, biaya produksi sebesar Rp 659.829.000,00, produksi sesuai dengan permintaan, terdapat jam kerja yang masih dapat dioptimalkan, dan tidak terdapat jam lembur. The environment can be considered as giving different doses of fertilizers to each genotype. The present study was aimed to investigate both additive main and interaction effects on fixed model of two factors design. As the application, the study used a dataset of the yield of paddy in four varieties (IR8, IR5, C4-63, and PETA) given nitrogen fertilizer with six different doses (N0, N1, N2, N3, N4, and N5). The first step of analysis was estimating variance component using fixed model ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Then, AMMI (Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction) model was applied which is the combination of additive main effect and the principal component analysis (PCA) of interaction effect. The result of study shows that the variance component has positive value for all factors of treatment. AMMI analysis produces AMMI-2 as the best model at the significant level of α = 0.05. The biplot of AMMI-2 obtained that IR5 can adapt to nitrogen fertilizer in any level. Spesific interaction occurs in variety C4-63 in nitrogen level, variety IR8 in nitrogen level, and variety PETA in nitrogen level. This work also proposes practical steps in designing the robust controller. To cast this control design problem into the LMI framework, the transfer functions of the system with various payloads are obtained by carrying out nonlinear system identification. Subsequently, the dynamic model is represented into convex formulation which leads to the formulation of system requirement into LMIs representation that can accommodate the convex model. A set of robust PID gains is then obtained by solving the LMIs with desired specifications. For performance assessment, a PID controller is also designed using Ziegler Nichols (ZN) technique for all loading conditions. System responses namely hub angular position and deflection of both links of the flexible manipulator are evaluated in time and frequency domains. This problem arises because the unobserved individual characteristics are replaced by inconsistent sample estimates, which, in turn, biases estimates of model parameters. Logit model or probit model on panel data with using univariate approximation (neglect correlation) result consistent estimator but not efficient. In many cases, data are multivariate or correlated (e.g., due to repeated observations on a study subject or for subjects within centers) and it is appealing to have a model that maintains a marginal logistic regression interpretation for the individual outcomes. In this paper, we studied modeling binary panel response using Random Effects Model (REM). Using Monte Carlo Simulation, we research correlations effects to maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of random effects model. We also compare MLE of REM to Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) of logit model. Data were generated by using software R.2.8.1 as well as the estimation on the parameters.
