The effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement on motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) on machinery technique vocation students program class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 yogyakarta have been investigated. Independent variable in this ex-post facto research were was self-efficacy (X1) and study achievement on entrepreneurship learning (X2), while motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) (Y) as dependent variable. Nonprobability Sampling was used with number of students are 72. Questionnaire and documentation were used to Collect data. The hypothesis was analisys using regression technique. The analisys result shows that self efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement were positively and significantly affect the motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) as much as 31,5% and 31,2% respectively. Furthermore, simultantly self efficacy and entrepreneurship learning achievement were positively and significantly affect the motivation of technology based entrepreneurship (technopreneurship) as much as 45,9% with Fcount = 29,278 > Ftable = 3,130.
