PERINTIS SMA NEGERI 7 PURWOREJO EMPLOYING BSC
(BALANCED SCORECARD) METHODThis study aims to investigate the performance of Koperasi Sekolah Perintis SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo in the period of 2010-2012 employing the Balanced Scorecard method.This was an evaluation study conducted at Koperasi Sekolah Perintis SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo at Jl. Ki Mangunsarkoro No. 1 Purworejo. The research subjects were the cooperative managerial personnel, supervisor, head, board, and
members, while the object was the performance in terms of the four aspects,namely perspectives of finance, customer, internal business, and learning and growth. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews,
documentation. The data analysis technique in the study was the quantitative descriptive technique.
The conclusions are as follows. The finance perspective is not in a good condition in terms of the liquidity ratio with a mean score of 3330.16%. It is good
in terms of the solvability ration with a mean of 754.8% and the probability ratio with a mean of 12.38%. The customer perspective is not in a good condition with a score of 1338. The internal business perspective, including the processes of
innovation, operation, and after-sale services, can be well implemented. The growth and learning perspective is in a good condition with a score of 562. On the
whole, the performance of Koperasi Sekolah Perintis is in the good category with a total score of 83 and a total standardized score of 124, the score of the
cooperative’s attainment is 66.93%.
