Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 33 sekolah dan diambil sampel 14 sekolah berdasarkan kualitas sekolah, yaitu sekolah yang terakreditasi A sebanyak 5 sekolah, akreditasi B sebanyak 7 sekolah, dan akreditasi C sebanyak 2 sekolah. Guru berjumlah 882 orang dan diambil sampel sebanyak 243 guru berdasarkan rumus Isaac & Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sebanyak 243 guru yang diambil secara acak dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 882 guru. Validitas butir instrumen meliputi validitas logis (expert judgment) dan validitas empiris yang dihitung dengan Pearson product moment correlation. Reliabilitas dihitung dengan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kelayakan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kelayakan sarana prasarana, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru.

STRATEGIES MAKE AN ORGANIZED LISTThe objective of the investigation was to find out the implementation of problem
solving strategies make an organized list to enhance the students’ ability of
reasoning on aspects to formulate the counter example through problem solving
strategies Make an Organized List This research was conducted at SMP
Muhammadiyah 22 Pamulang in academic year 2012/2013. The method of the
research used quasi-experimental method with control group post test only design.
The Subject for this research were 64 students which selected through cluster
random sampling technique from the population at the seventh grade students class.
Data of the students’ ability to formulate counter example were collected thorough
test. The result of the research revealed that the ability of formulating counter
examples of students who are taught with a strategy the make an organized list
higher than students taught with conventional strategy. Reasoning abilities in aspects
formulating counter examples of students who are taught with a strategy make an
organized list gives about 61,33% true or false statement, to make their own
statements are true examples and counter example 70.94%, found errors on
particular sentence or statement 62.5%. Conclusion of the research, problem solving
strategy make an organized list affect the students’ reasoning ability on aspects
formulating counter examples; in which the make an organized list strategy is more
effective in improving the students’ reasoning ability on aspects formulating counter

Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan serta eksperimen. Subyek sampel penelitian dipilih secara acak dari dua kelas VIII pada SMP Negeri 1 Kapontori (sekolah sedang) dan dua kelas VIII pada SMP Negeri 1 Batauga (sekolah rendah) dan membaginya ke dalam kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran kontekstual pesisir (PKP) dan kelas kontrol mendapat pembelajaran konvensional (PKV). Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pretes dan postes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, dan pedoman wawancara siswa, guru, dan tokoh masyarakat. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji beda rata-rata U atau uji t, ANAVA satu jalan, dan ANAVA dua jalan dilanjutkan dengan uji LSD. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual pesisir lebih efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa SMP di daerah pesisir daripada pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional baik ditinjau dari peringkat sekolah maupun pengetahuan awal matematika siswa.

Interaction in coastal class can be done by using coastal potency problem. The objective of this study is to enhance students’ social skills by using coastal potency in learning of mathematics (CCTL). Junior secondary school sample is randomly selected from 10 classes in SMPN 5 Kendari. Two classes are randomly selected from the school sample, experiment class (CCTL) and control class (conventional teaching and learning, CVTL). Instrument that was used in this research is scale of social skills. Data are analyzed by using a qualitative-descriptive technique, one-sample T test, and independent-sample T test. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of CCTL is significantly better than CVTL in enhancing the students’ social skills, however it’s still in the medium category.

Mistake done by student during doing mathematics problem can have the positive values and worth to develop the new mathematics concept. In mathematics teaching, process to understand a concept sometimes will be easier if besides gave a lead real correct and also accompanied by the counter of example from looking the aspect of mathematics mistake good for student and to learn in developing values pedagogic such thinking critical, logical, analytical in exploring to born the new mathematics. We often dismiss a mistake as something to be avoided and at best to be corrected as soon as possible. Many types of algebraic mistakes and purely arithmetic ones and discusses how they can be channeled into positive, useful learning, and growing experience. Mathematical Mistake can be used as a springboard for developing new mathematics and can be use to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

This theory concludes that there are eight types of intelligence which belongs to each person. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of multiple intelligences based learning to improve students’ learning activities, response, and learning outcome in mathematics. This research was conducted in SMP PGRI 1 Ciputat in academic Year 2009/2010. This research used Classroom Action Research, which consists of four stages research procedures were planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments of collecting data were using observation sheet activities, daily student journals, interview, and test. The result of the research revealed that the implementation of Multiple Intelligences based learning can enhance mathematics learning activities, giving a positive response towards mathematics and to improve student learning outcomes.
